Production method

  1. Disperse the carrageenan and xanthan gum into the glycerine while stirring.
  2. Add (1) into (2) while stirring.
  3. Mix Sisterna SP70-C well into the other ingredients of (3).
  4. Add phase (3) into phase (1+2) and homogenise for a few minutes.
