Sisterna sucrose esters are especially suitable for plant based products, like milk alternatives and vegan ice. Research shows that sucrose esters can improve milk alternatives like coconut- or almond drink.
At the coming Food Ingredient Europe in Frankfurt we will present sucrose esters in plant based product. To demonstrate the benefits of sucrose esters, like extremely small fat globules, stable proteins, clean taste and a nice white colour.
