Lipidic phase modifier

Sisterna A10E-C is a special grade sucrose ester. The esterification of the sugar molecule is not only done with fatty acids but also with acetic acid. Due to its high degree of esterification, Sisterna A10E-C has no surface active properties anymore resulting in a completely different behaviour compared to all other grades.

Sisterna A10E-C can be considered as a so called ‘sugar wax’ with an exceptional skin-feel and can be used to:
• influence the rheological and sensorial properties of oils
• stabilise W/O emulsions
• improve the stability of pigmented emulsions
• bind powders
