Sucrose esters of fatty acids are based on;
The raw materials are of vegetable origin from a renewable source. All the raw materials used are GM free and therefore we can preserve the identity of our sucrose esters. The sugar is bleached with activated carbon of a vegetable source and therefore we can guarantee that the product is free of BSE. Sucrose esters are free of allergens mentioned in the ALBA-list. The ester is easily biodegradable and approved for use in food.
