The method now used in the industry is the interesterification method, in which sucrose and methyl esters of fatty acids are used as raw materials. Purification is of primary importance, our company has developed a unique method using only water in the last stage of the process to remove reaction by products, impurities and reducing residue solvents to trace levels. This process ensures a whiter powdered end product.
